Help us help you: If your request is related to the charge level of your system, then also include the following:
- A screenshot of the Victron Connect app status screen:
- Screenshots of your batteries in the Lithionics app (only 2021 Revels and later).

A description of what was happening with your system at the time of the screenshot(s), such as:
- Engine idling for 10 minutes, airconditioner and refrigerator on.
- Engine off and connected to shore power, house battery switch off.
- Engine off, not connected to shore power, van has not been driven for 6 days.
- The description is crucial! Without context about what is happening with your system, we can not use the data from screenshots.
